Sherwood Lakes HOA Meeting Records
The regular meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on the 15th of July, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was presided over Mr. Brown, with members present of homeowners in participation.
After call to order, the transcripts from the previous meeting were examined and accepted with some amendments.
- Treasurer Miller, gave a concise financial report outlining the current situation of the homeowner association's funds.
- Several homeowners raised concerns regarding ongoing developments in the neighborhood, specifically the proposed playground construction and traffic maintenance.
- President Smith addressed the homeowner's concerns, providing information about the plans.
Following the conversation, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for September, 2023.

Suggested Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The HOA is currently discussing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to improve the value of life for all residents while addressing current concerns and facilitating a thriving community.
- Amongst the proposed amendments are regulations related to yard maintenance, sound restrictions, and parking regulations.
- The HOA encourages all residents to peruse the proposed amendments carefully and provide their comments by September 1st.
- A public forum will be arranged on July 20th to address the proposed amendments in greater detail.
More information regarding the proposed amendments can be found on the HOA's digital portal. Residents are highly recommended to contribute in this important process.
Sherwood Lakes Garden Initiative
Our enthusiastic community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by installing trees, cleaning up public areas, and promoting a sense of pride.
We're currently working on numerous projects, including the renewal of our lakefront area. We invite you to join us in making Sherwood Lakes a truly beautiful place to call home.

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the read more Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.
A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by October 15th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please reach out to the HOA management company. We look forward to a successful and inclusive election!
Neighborhood Watch Program for Sherwood Lakes Residents
Enhance the safety and security of our vibrant community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. Through collaboratively participating, residents can help deter crime, look out one another's belongings, and foster a stronger sense of community. Meetings will be held regularly to coordinate efforts.
